Special Information for Pedagogy Teachers

College-level teachers who are considering adoption of Your Voice: An Inside View for classroom use may request a single desk copy by completing the form below. Desk copies sent  outside the United States are  subject to  supplemental shipping charges. Complimentary desk copies are supplied on CD-ROM and do not include the printed textbook (the entire text from the printed book is included on the CD). Requests for desk copies from outside the United States will be considered on an individual basis and will be subject to additional fees for shipping and handling.

The desk copy CD is fully functional and contains all media content found in the commercial and academic versions; however, an inscription indicates the disk may not be used as instructional material. This CD will be replaced with an unrestricted version and a print copy of the text provided, free of charge, if the materials are adopted as a required text in your class (minimum enrollment of 7 required to qualify for this offer), or if a site license is subsequently purchased from Inside View Press. 

If you would prefer to have a copy of the printed text with an unrestricted CD-ROM, please purchase a copy using the "buy now" option on our order page. Your purchase price will be refunded if you subsequently adopt the title as a required textbook (minimum class enrollment of 7 to qualify for this refund). Please include a message with your purchase that you are considering the text for your class.

Desk copies of Your Voice: An Inside View are for the exclusive personal review and use by one teacher. The CD-ROM may not be placed in a library or otherwise lent to students or colleagues. The computer program may be used on a single computer and may not be installed in a computer lab, library or classroom setting. Use of the book or computer program as instructional material requires a site license from Inside View Press. Site licenses for instructional use are automatically granted when the book is adopted as a required text. If you wish to use the computer program or textbook in your class but do not require your students to purchase personal copies, you must purchase a site license. The CD-ROM that contains the computer program may not be duplicated.
